Thank you for taking an interest in our Bible study lessons. You will find attached various lessons we’ve been digging into related to “The Dynamics of Spiritual Growth and Discipleship.” These studies are intended to help each of us individually and collectively discover the principles of spiritual growth and commit ourselves to utilize the resources that God has provided for our growth. Understanding the dynamics of spiritual growth makes us more aware of how God uses the specific circumstances of our lives to draw us closer to Himself:

“His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness.” (2 Peter 1:3)

During the studies we hope to be able to:

    • State and explain the basic principles of growth;
    • Identify patterns of growth in our own lives;
    • Put forth the effort, diligence, and discipline that are absolutely necessary for growth;
    • Plan a personal growth strategy for our own lives; but never forgetting that God is ultimately responsible for all spiritual growth.

As always we invite you to join us on Wednesday nights at 7:00 for Prayer Service, followed by Bible Study at 8:00. Whether you’re already familiar with God’s Word, or just exploring what Christianity is all about, we hope you’ll take the time to read, and that you will find yourself drawn deeper into a dynamic relationship with God through your prayer and meditation.

The mission of our church’s Christian Education (preaching, teaching, evangelism, etc.) is: “To develop and disseminate excellent biblically-based resources that enhance both the mind and the heart and that are transferable to others.  We also endeavor to reach the largest possible audience through multiple resources on a consistent basis.”

Thanks again and if you have any questions, comments or concerns please don’t hesitate to contact us at (513) 681-1011 or info@firstbaptistchurchwch.org.
